Yeah, still getting it wrong, it's been like clockwork for a long time. I just don't have a healthy relationship with food.
I've only cycled to work a couple of times this month. Put that down partly to feeling under the weather and having no energy and partly to do with my knee feeling a bit worse which is as probably as much to do with the extra weight on it as the colder weather.
Day off today after 8 days in work. Even when it isn't as long as 8 days in, I've been here loads of times.. Coming home last night, I was planning all the crap I was going to eat today. Why?. I've done this loads of times, I know I'll feel bad but I do it anyway. But it's not just my relationship with food that isn't healthy, it's my relationship with myself. I just don't like myself and if I did, I wonder if I'd even be on here at all.

Just realised I've been quite silly cos my dinner and tea are basically the same. Beans, cheese on toast for dinner, mexican bean and cheese wrap for tea. At least the wrap has some leaves in it and it's a wrap instead of bread..
Mind's been all over the place lately, having a bit of anxious time of it at the moment but in spite of that I feel like I'm in the right frame of mind to address my weight. More often than not at least. Am feeling quite lethargic a lot of the time and I've noticed that I've been building up much more of a sweat cycling than I used to. Started getting changed at work now, it's been that bad. Am making more use of apps though, calorie counting on here and using the Apple Health one. Downloaded one just for my cycling called komoot. Cos I've been feeling lethargic, when I'm cycling it feels like I'm going forever and not getting anywhere sometimes. I'm just short of 3 and half miles from work, and this app is giving me little milestones too. Getting my journey under 20 minutes again was a big one, before the hit and run I was managing it in under 15 minutes sometimes. I was about 50lb lighter, mind. Last night was the first time I'd managed to hit 11mph, which is great for anyone in my shape. Yeah, the majority of cyclists I see are in better shape than me on the surface, but so what, they're not me.

Arrived back from Krakow last night, had a great time. Little unofficial weigh in this morning and it's a small gain which can hopefully be lost or thereabouts by Monday. Really happy with that, to be honest. I did twice as much my usual walking pretty much the whole week, but did twice as much my usual drinking too so glad it's almost evened out. Didn't struggle for finding places to eat either with vegetarian options either, we did Polish, Mexican, Italian and Indian. Some of it was even quite healthy! So that was all great.
Ah well, back to work tomorrow and maybe living on beans on toast till pay day... Three weeks to go..

Another 3lb loss, that'll do me. 3lb in a week feels like a fairly sensible rate, for my weight. We're talking 1%, I've lost weight twice as fast as this loads of times and put it back on easily enough. I don't think I need any major changes really, just to nip some bad habits in the bud. Stuff like, before today, more times than I care to remember, I've bought multipacks of crisps or chocolate bars and ate them in one sitting without giving it a thought. Haven't even particularly enjoyed it either, so I don't know what it is that's made me do it.
No weigh in next week, I'll be on holiday. Plenty of walking though..
