I have always been a solid girl but not huge. I have had four kids and gained weight with each one. like so many others I comfort eat and slowly the numbers have stacked up way too high for my height. The weight makes me tired, self conscious and doesn't represent my true style. I would love to get out of the leggings, track pants and big tops. Health wise I suffer from generalized dystonia(movement disorder) and my neurologist injects my legs with Botox which really helps. I have managed to avoid other medications and I hold down a full time job as a diversional therapist at a nursing home. Another reason to shed the weight and get fit.
