I have always been a solid girl but not huge. I have had four kids and gained weight with each one. like so many others I comfort eat and slowly the numbers have stacked up way too high for my height. The weight makes me tired, self conscious and doesn't represent my true style. I would love to get out of the leggings, track pants and big tops. Health wise I suffer from generalized dystonia(movement disorder) and my neurologist injects my legs with Botox which really helps. I have managed to avoid other medications and I hold down a full time job as a diversional therapist at a nursing home. Another reason to shed the weight and get fit.
Wish me luck as I do you, this is going to be epic x x

Hey there, don't be discouraged you may find one week that the scales show a big loss. Just keep going you are doing really well. Just be careful not to under eat because then you get hungry feel sick and then you will be inclined to stray. Just keep writing in your journal and pushing forward we are all on this journey together....Lynne
