Here I go yet again, trying to get rid of this post surgeries and Hypothyroid weight gain. I am following Keto as strictly as I can and waking our little blind diabetic dog for 5-6 10 minutes walks per day. I'm limited on strenuous exercise due to my heart and mobility issues. I have decided not to gauge my success on weight but instead use measurements and how my clothes fit and how I feel. In the past I have sabotaged my journey whenever the scale does not match my determination and will power. If I strictly stick to eating less and healthier and then the scale doesn't show it then I get too discouraged, so this time the tape measure will be my judge.

I have been following the keto-adaption WOE for 3 weeks. Week 1 dropped 7 pounds, week 2 dropped 5 pounds as of today I have lost 12 inches total. I haven't weighed in yet this week. So far I'm very satisfied with the results

I was offline for a few weeks as I didnt have access to a computer. I did get side tracked a wee bit over Christmas but I am back on track now. I did find that I couldn't eat many sweets since they gave me a wicked headache which was a great deterant. The 2 photos are of our newest rescue her name is Molly and she is an Angel
