Here's pic of dreary Ohio today from the 24th floor.
Well, back down to 280lbs. That's good. Next step to get rid of the 8 for a 7. I am feeling a little more in control since I discovered that I could link my Fitbit and also the diet calendar on here. It tells me my plus or minus calories for the day and if I have minus calories for a couple of days, the scale moves down. Go figure! I have not been putting in any extra steps lately because my stomach is killing me. I think it's acid. I already take Omeprazole 40mg a night. Also have colitis. Totally believe all my health issues are caused by my weight. The less I weigh, the better I feel.

Scale is moving downward. Almost don't want to post because I'm afraid I will jinx myself. Have failed so many times before. My health and longevity really depend on losing some of this weigh. I love the calendar feature so I can see calories in and calories out. Seems that as long as there are more calories out than in, the scale moves downward. Who Knew? LOL.

The scale is creeping up and I'm watching it. I am trying to move more and take the steps and get my fitbit steps in, but I'm eating snacks at night and blowing my calorie count, so it's no mystery why the scale is creeping up. I'm almost back to my heaviest weight. I've GOT to get it together. My knees and hips are feeling the strain, not to mention my health. Come on Rebecca, get it together. You've lost it before, you can do it again.

Starting over again. I've been vegetarian for about three months now and I'm gaining weight. Probably rationalizing that if I'm not eating meat, I can eat anything that is not meat. LOL. So I feel like today I can start again. I need to keep on trying to shed some of this weight as my back and hips are giving me trouble. So here we go.

Joined Weight Watchers - love the new points system. It's working for me slowly but surely. Also got a fitbit and it really does motivate me to move more. Finally making some headway.
