Good afternoon everyone!!! It is what it is... I have been so hyper focused on water weight, I've forgotten about 💩 weight. My acupuncturist let me know i wasn't getting all the 💩 out. Well, here we go. Probiotics and more fluids to flush out the 💩. 😁😁😁
