Yay! Down a couple of pounds! I would really like to lose 10 more, but they seem to be stuck REALLY tight! Been trying to up my protein intake as Doc growls at me about this. Making protein shakes, but they don't always agree with me and it is an effort to get one down. Hope all my FS friends are doing good, I enjoy reading your journal entries and am rooting for all of you.

Has anyone heard from Snow White 100??? She hasn't weighed in since Jan 2nd. She is older and her husband is abusive. I sent her a private message and she has not responded. Im worried about her.

What the heck! Up 3 pounds! The only change is I've started drinking a protein shake every day. I make it with 30 calorie almond milk and keto protein powder. Eating better than when I was in Texas and up I go. So confused!

Been home from South Padre Island for a couple of weeks. After just 4 days at home I came down to stay with my Momma for a couple of weeks. I will head home on Friday. I can hardly believe I managed to lose a pound while in Texas eating wonderful Mexican food. I did avoid sweets and practiced portion control, but ate carbs most days. We had a wonderful time in the warmer weather. Avoided a terrible blizzard and below zero weather. Our son and his wife came down to the island and spent a week with us. It was so wonderful to spend time with them. Two months is a long time to be away from family, so having them there with us was special. Momma is doing pretty well all things considered. I sure can tell she is weaker and has failed in the 2 months I was gone. The first day I was here I tried to lift her into the wheelchair like I always have and we both ended up in the floor. So now I only use the hydraulic lift device to lift her. She used to be able to support enough of her weight that I could manage her, but not any more. Sigh!
