weight gain mainly due to not caring what went in my mouth and down into the stomach. blame stress of family health issues, blame work stress however blaming self for not caring, time to care :)

Ironically haven't been here in a few weeks and been getting notifications from buddies and reminders to weight in but just never bothered. I even slacked with my fitness routine which when you decide let's invert on the pole, every muscle in your body will protest. I've remained gluten for solely for the celiac reason and frankly tired of being or feeling sick. Hope everyone enjoys their day :)
