Why do we eat more than we need?

There's no such thing as "bad food", "dirty meal" or "cheat day".
Don't cheat yourself. Treat yourself.

Healthy eating is not supposed to look the same for everyone. You can be a healthy eater and be a vegan, a vegetarian or a meat eater. You can be a weight lifter, doing cardio or a yogi. You can eat once a day, 3 times a day or 6 times a day. Why do we judge people by the food they eat? Food likes/preferences are so personal. There is no best diet. Our body respond differently to the same food.
