Well, have been away from quite some time, but felt compelled to check in.
Life is normalized now - family is all together, horrible meals, lack of focus all the great things about family! With little to no regard for intake, aside of beverage choices, I've managed to remain under the 220 mark for 2 1/2 months - no small feat considering my history. I've developed the discipline to recognize when I am overeating and compensate the next day - in effect, manage the over- indulgence.
Tomorrow, I am going to go back to square one - taking literally my cue from the beginning of my food journal, and follow it for 30 days - I want to see if I can get below 200 with this method, now that I know I can manage/maintain when I resume some resemblance of a indulgent life.

Still struggling with dry socket, mouth pain and associated "complications" from getting my wisdom teeth out..
The bad: Pain, obviously, and restriction of intake
The good: Do you know how hard it is to overeat when the only things you can have are either liquid or the consistency of baby food?
Hopefully, this last week of sub 1500 calories didn't hurt me too bad, that I can eat something solid this weekend, and the some 8600mg of ibuprofen and various amounts of oxycontin didn't do some serious damage to my liver

Been away a while, but not away from my program, just modified some..
I ultimately "cracked" one of my wisdom teeth, which limited what solid foods I could eat - resulting in a none too healthy mix of Mashed potatoes/ macaroni & cheese cycle, with little protein balance outside of an occasional tuna fish sandwich, or tuna mixed into my mac and cheese..
After weeks of this agony, I finally succumbed to getting out my wisdom teeth, procrastinating at least 20 years in the process..
Wisdom teeth out a week ago tomorrow, nothing more solid than a slice of pizza and a piece of chicken last week, more like mashed potatoes, light yogurt and meal replacement drinks while I get over a solid bout of dry socket - needless to say, it is very hard to get to 1700 calories a day...
All in all, still have managed to drop weight, and dehydrate myself in the process.. Will be more active as I am able to eat again, but for now, I will take comfort in the fact I've managed to break through my 215 plateau..
More irony - recovered from my neck injury, only to not be able to work out until I get through the teeth issues -
PopQuiz - anyone know the calorie count on ibuprofen, Oxycontin or clove oil?? LOL
