UPDATE 2016
I keep hanging in here, hoping for the inspiration to get to goal! I'm a little older, a whole lot busier! And I LOVE MY LIFE!! I just would like to change the package, my body. It would be tons easier to do all the things I enjoy to do, if I was thinner. I weighted in this morning in my TOPS group, I also belong to Weight Watchers. I attend on different days, hoping to keep my motivation up!

Oh my! Decided to rejoin WW this morning. I need the accountability and they had a 3 month special. Has anyone tried ALI weight loss pills. Am wondering if I need that kick in the behind to get started with good losses. I'm exercising and have a Fitbit to track my steps, water and sleep. If anyone has experience with Ali, I would love to hear about it. Am checking with my doctor also. I don't take many chances with my health. I have lupus, right now I am basically symptom free, so it's a big decision for me to think about a diet aid. Just throwing the idea out, please help if you have experienced this product. THANKS!

Good day! Here it is almost the end of March and although I have joined a TOPS group, I'm not doing very well. When I'm at the condo, helping with my Grandchildren I don't cook, hense, I don't eat well. Even though I believe I'm making alright choices. Home again and I cook, my husbands favorite dishes and then we eat the left overs. I'm going to give this a try again. I'm complaining! About ME! I am my own biggest road block! I am the only one who can fix ME! Starting right now!!!

I started reading the Fast Metabolism Diet today. Thanks to Sandy, I'm hooked on the idea, need to get to the food part, to see what I will need to start. I also have the fixins for a WW soup receive that is likely not part of this program, will fix it tomorrow to have over the weekend. I think I can do this for 28 days, especially if, as the author says, I will feel the differences rather quickly. I have continued going to the gym, have even coaxed my husband to join me. Tomorrow I might try a yoga class. I could surely use the stretching. Will walk first though, need the cardio. Looking forward to a fun Super Bowl Sunday. Love to watch football and the commercials are always interesting and fun. Hope you all have a fantastic weekend. Be safe and healthy!
