Day 4
Survived a major test on day 2. I went out the guys on our monthly guys night. The night includes beer drinking pizza eating plus other finger foods. I stick with it drank my water eat my veggies.
I was real tempted eat all of that great tasting stuff.

Woke up with a head ache most likely from going off of the cafeine.
Otherwise feeling pretty good.

Today is the first day of my new life.
I have become less active the last couple of years mainly because of my new career so i have to change my eating habits and get more active
