2000 kcal a day seems to work for now,
still laughing about some of the choices the diet makes, i cannot imagine anyone truly eating this themselves...
looks like they took a normal diet and have the computer automatically adjust it for th calories needed...
i wonder how i can get my hands on an ingredients-list...
i can write a better program that does just that (*lol*)
maybe sell it to fatsecret so they can have an extra feature for their users ... the "give me a random diet for x calories" - button

Thank you all my friends,
Im back, as you all would probably have expected... Armed with a new diet plan that starts from scratch...
2000 kcal each day, ridicuous amount of carbs, unbalanced and not appropriate to my work out scedule but with a weekly review , weigh-in and tweek.
Also a work-out scedule each day perfectly aligned with my desire to cycle 2000km in juli.
I will follow the plan to the letter and see where it gets me.
If you want something you never had, you got to do things you never did!
