So I only went over on protein.. getting back in the groove
So, beginning of the day went to plan.
OH had to work late , so I cooked fajitas for the girls and dropped them off to a party.
By the time me and OH we're home it was 830pm, he was too tired to eat , so I couldn't be bothered to cook...
Had a serving spoon of leftover fajita filling from the pan, but avoided the tortillas and rice . ( estimated portion sizes) Then had some ham and cheese from the fridge . I went upstairs and did 4 hours ironing to keep myself away from crisps/crackers/biscuits and it worked. Yay !😁😁
Bought hotel chocolat advent calendars fir the family and my 2 daughters ' friends who were staying.cost me a bargain £5 instead of £12.50.. yay. 🎉🎉
So feeling in control . Back to measuring and recording everything !

I caved in and got a new set of kitchen scales ( mine broke)
After several days of ice cream/ drinks/ ice poles due to my sore throat, I'm back on track
Surgery next Saturday .. so hoping to lose a little by then
McDonald's last nite for various reasons.. I just had a cheeseburger ( no bun or ketchup) and chicken mayo ( no bun), so estimated by intake. No fries either !
I felt so rubbish, aches and sluggish when I was on ice cream and liquids with sugar and lots of additives , feeling much better now ( homecooked food apart from last nite)
Sorry to my fs buddies, been too unwell to keep up with journals and news properly
