I live on a farm with my husband and 12-year old son. Weight has been an issue all my life - came out of the womb chubby - so I've been up and down forever. Really hoping to get to a healthy weight now, I'm in my 40s and need to do it for quality of life 'cause my 50s are right around the corner!

Hi all - been using the app a while so thought I start posting
Hi, I love your story, it's where I want to be! I'm also 5'10" but started at 230 lbs. Now at 204 I feel good in comparison. I fancy myself a "sporadic athlete"... work out/run for a while then go off for a while. How old are you (may I ask)? Congratulations on getting the whole thing figured out with the diet and muscle maintenance/building. I hope to be similarly successful in a few months Smile

Atkin buddies- induction phase support wanted
Hi everyone it's nice to see so many new Atkin-ites Smile How is everyone doing? I'm now in week 9 of induction (I think), I've stalled but hanging in there. Going on a cruise in April so I'm focusing on staying on track. Of course a cruise is not the place to lose weight and I plan on being naughty with some foods on the ship!! Here's a question I've wanted to ask, as I go through this every time I look in the mirror... what are your "fat spots" that you wish would go away first (but always seem like to most stubborn)??? For me it's my thighs and my back fat. I hate back fat!! Anyone else??
