Last night I went to the gym again. I didn't get a great workout due to my knee. About 20 mins in my tred mill workout, I started getting sharp pains thru my bad knee. I slowed my speed down which helped some and I got 40 mins of a walk in.

I just joined today. I am a very shy person and was debating if this was going to be best for me but... I am not getting very far by myself with my weight lost. I love to eat and love to work out. Eating just happens more then working out. I am about 30 pounds over weight and have problems with my knee and ankle. I do go to the gym and do cardio and weights and when I can at home yoga. I do need a good support system and hoping everybody who is on here can help me with the encouragement I need.
