I seem to be slowly climbing back on to the wagon. The scales this morning showed a fairly large loss (4.5lbs) from what I was a few weeks ago. Thank goodness! I'm almost back to what I was at the start of the school holidays.

I'm overwhelmed by the number of people who have signed up for the challenge I started - just fantastic and I'm getting a lot from the weightwatchers online program too. I'm on a 2 week free trial at the moment so we'll have to work out if it's something that I want to keep going with once that runs out.

I'm sorry I'm not very good on the journalling front at the moment. I'm busy with work and one thing and another and really, it's working well for me that I'm not obsessing about food and weight. I'm choosing to eat fairly well I think, the weight is coming down and I'm not analysing everything! I hope I can stick at it this way :)
