wowsers, we start the challenge today and over 200 people have signed up! It's amazing! I hope everyone has a fantastic result :)

I ended up at the docs yesterday as I have had a sore throat for 2 weeks. She put me on anti biotics which are making feel fairly rough but I'm hoping they'll do the trick and get rid of the pain. Ouch!

Yesterday was a bit touch and go with my WW points as I had most of the day without my WW online subscription. It's all sorted now and I think I just about stayed within my points. Phewww.

My exciting news was also WW related :) As from next week I will one of the blogs on the UK WW website! There is only one other lady who writes for them and so I am honoured and excited to get started! I'm also a little nervous. I HAVE to do it this time....I have to get to goal! Wish me luck and obviously feel free to pop over to the site to read my weekly blogs :)

I find that using that site and this together works really well for me. I love the daily journaling on FS and I have some lovely buddies on here too, but I also find the WW site is great for tracking (esp with UK WW points) and really inspires me to read the success stories and recipes too :)

I'll be sure to let you know how I get on.

Weigh day tomorrow and I hope it comes in OK. Aunt Flo has been visiting this week and it must be the heaviest ever. Sorry, if that's TMI but honestly, the size of some of the clots. Just awful, especially on Tuesday when I was trying to walk around CHester. I hope she's a bit lighter on the baggage next month! lol

Have a good day all :)

Still going OK, I think. Scales were down again slightly this morning but I'm not recording weight until Friday so I hope the nice figures keep on coming until then!

Bit of a blip at lunch time today after spending the morning at the hospital where my father in law had an appointment. My mother in law was there too and on the way home they decided to stop off at the chippy for lunch. I hardly ever go now, I honestly can't remember the last time. I initially said I didn't want anything but they really seemed to want to buy me lunch to say thank you for taking them and were disappointed. I also sensed they wanted me to stay for lunch with them and so to say 'No' to the chippy would have meant them preparing something extra for me. So I caved in and agreed to potato fritters and curry sauce. I thought it was a better option to a portion of chips or similar. Anyway, we got it. I ate it. Was nice....but I have NO idea how to point it. Ive put the meal down as 10 points and I hope that's covered it.

I've just had soup and a small roll for dinner followed by a low fat yoghurt which leaves me with 1.5 points left so could do a crumpet for supper if I need one later.

Back on track again for tomorrow but I'm hoping I've handled the set back OK and that the scales will forgive me!
