low calorie foods
I am doing the weight watchers program and the snack cakes and cookes they have available at the grocery are really very good and filling - you can get lemon and carrot cakes and twinkies. I think the twinkies are better than the real ones. They also have oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies which are pretty good - all 1 point or 50 calories. Also the weight watcher candy is good for a chocolate fix - big pieces and lots of variety - also just 1 point or 5o calories.
I like chips so choose the nite size tostitos as you can have the most (24) for the least calories. With salsa they mnake a good snack.
Looks like you re doing good - I have lost 23+ lbs in 9 weeks but have a long way to go 0- Good luck and dont let christmas dinner get you down - smile.

Need to find others with over 100 pounds to lose...
I am trying to lose at least 100 lbs - I have bad knees and my ankles are mostly hardware from a major accident - my arthritis is bad, blood pressure hi and sugar starting to elevate - also have hypothyroidism - so not a choice but a must.
Its' hard but am doing this no matter what. A couple of my friends and I have joined weight watchers this week and we are determined.
Good luck
