Managed to maintain this week despite giving in to hormonal cravings. Ate waay too many calories and too much sugar early in the week, but reeled it in the latter half. I love being a woman, but those 5-7 days are a roller coaster, lol! I'll put no gain / no loss in the "W" column and re-focus these next 2-3 weeks. Only 5.5 lbs to goal!

OK, it was my turn off the wagon. I'm pretty sure it's my TOM thats driving this binge . . . I've eaten three boxes of Mike + Ike's (May as well pour sugar in my veins!!) in the last two days. And boatloads of popcorn with butter. Calories are way beyond where they need to be, but I'm trying to climb back on.

0.4 lbs doesn't seem like a huge win, but I suppose I'm glad I didn't gain? I ate well this week, but changed up my exercise. Perhaps a lil' too much? Trying to figure out what level of activity will be appropriate for when I'm maintaining, rather than losing. Need to find my balance. If I wanted another excuse / reason / justification, I could mention just started my TOM . . . . maybe I'll get back to my 2 lb. avg loss by next weigh in. I'm so close to my goal (it's exciting!), but I am also getting diet fatigue after seven weeks of counting, tracking, watching, weighing etc.
