Whoa! Complete change in how I look at food. Tracking EVERYTHING I ate, replacing a meal per day with a healthy smoothie, drinking water like it's going out of style and keeping carb / fat / protein ratio to 40 / 30 / 30 seems to have done the trick. No exercise last week, adding that in this week. Let's go!!
