Woke up this morning feeling great. Ended my pedometer with 12044 steps (5.072 miles) for the week. Went shopping again picked up some broccoli, some frozen banana's and strawberries for my smoothies. Some banana's,oranges,apples,grapes,bananas. Can you say am I ready. All of these fruits so when I get snacky I won't crab the chips. What I don't understand is how the sugarless cookies have the same amount of sugar as the regular cookies but the serving size is just a cookie smaller. Can you say buy the regular cookies and eat the serving size not your normal snack size. It's all about proportion. I am now also realizing that if I eat when my diet says to eat I am eatting every 2-3 hours and am not snacky or hungry. Yeah. Let's see how well this week goes with us following the diet exactly. Except for the sugar in my coffee. Sorry cousin. Can't do it. Though I have tried. If I am going to diet and coffee is my only discipline. So be it. Knee is feeling better. I will be on the treadmill this week. Cheer me on.

I have tried to give up the sugar in my coffee. Can't do it. But other wise I have done well. I haven't really kept up with my 8 glasses of water a day. But I am not giving up. I just went shopping and I kept to my list very well. This week will be better. My knee is feeling better. Still nothing from the dr. So I will moderately start back exersing. My pedometer is at 8279 so far. So I feel good about that. Here's to having a better week this week.

Went to the dr today and was told for right now to discontinue my exersise program. Two xrays were taken of my knee so now I am just waiting on the results. Diet wise today is going fairly well.

Today is not a good day for me. My diet plan is shot for today. But and I am not going to let it detour me. For dinner I will be having a protein shake. Tomorrow I will have a protein shake for breakfast and dinner. I will eat a salad for lunch. I am not quitting. But I am starting over. Going to the Dr. tomorrow to see what is going on with my knee.

Well I finished the week with 20184 recorded steps with my pedometer. I mistakedly hit the reset button on tuesday at some point during the day and erased my walk from Monday and Tuesday. I think I still did well though. Weighed in yesterday so I will not weigh in today. I will attempt to stay on track this week no fast food, a shake for dinner instead of lunch. Some days two shakes and a meal. I think I did well with a loss of three pounds. Today I start having splenda with my coffe
I hope this helps. I feel like my coffee is my treat and I really don't want to compromise but I know my weight loss will b better if I give up the sugar in my coffee.
