As long as you ensure that you are consuming 1-1.5 gram of protein per 1 lbs of lean (fat-free) body mass (or your goal weight if you can't get body fat % measured), the % of carbs and fats don't matter. Of course, maintain a caloric deficit if trying to lose weight and caloric surplus if attempting to gain.
