I'm assuming you are looking for the info using your computer and not via phone app. Click on My Fatsecret tab (under the search toolbar) and under My Diet Calendar click on calendar. It has a the breakdown I believe you are looking for. Hope this helps.

Restaurants Without Nutritional Information
I usually post nutritional info from a larger chain. Say I ordered a chicken enchilada from my local restaurant. They won't have nutritional info so I will use Rubio's instead. It may not be an exact but it's pretty close.

Proteins
Liquid egg whites are my favorite source of protein. I top mine with sauteed spinach, mushrooms, and 1 tbls of shredded cheese. Shrimp is another great source of protein. I simply steam about 18 medium shrimp and toss with salad and lots of veggies.
