IFasting is a lifestyle..........i moved to my present location over 14 yrs now.....at the time my dad was very unwell ...he was 87 at the time....he passed away 2 yrs later and now i have a mum who is 83......if anything ive learnt looking after old folk is this......better sort out your eating habits and your exercise plan at this age ........at that age its just impossible to change......and eating right is at the end of the day a 'habit' to be cultivated..........from a philosophical point of view why do we waste money.....over eating only bloats us up and slows us down

Hi............check this link out it gives u a very nice clean picture of diet/exercise .............my 16:8 fasting is working out very well..........i said i wanted to come down to 66kgs but more importantly i want a below 32 inch waist

g8t...........i started a month back and am really happy with the results...i'm 58yrs and am now 68.7kgs on a frame of 173cm.....actually i'm trying to get the last bit of fat off my abdominal where most men land up getting it ( whiskey riskey is the problem really over the weekend)....i am preparing to run a 100m and a 400m veterans race once i hit 60+....kind of making it a fun plan to travel as well as do something i really love. i eat dinner by 1830h...morning i do 45 min of meditation and an hour at the gym ( one day bodyweight training one day running) and then have breakfast at 1030h
