Well, not recording dinner today. Went out for dinner with the family for Valentine's, don't want to ruin the good feeling. lol.
I was good and bought one of their low calorie meals, had a few pieces of appetizer but behaved. THEN i ordered dessert. I'm sure between everything I ate my daily calories in that one meal. Oh well, back on the wagon tomorrow.

Well this week was not a good one. I actually weighed in 1.4lbs less than this yesterday but I knew it was too good to be true. Have to stick to my diet better this week.

Ok, so I have not been doing so well the last week. Haven't logged consistently, and snacking on treats a little too much. Back on track this week. Want to lose a few more pounds before a wedding near the end of the month.

I have been weighing myself in the afternoon with jeans on since the beginning of this journey, to stay true to my weight loss competition weigh in. As of today I am switching to morning weigh ins nude. Hence the big drop this week. I did not actually lose this much, though I did lose a couple pounds again.
I am getting so close to my goal and I am very excited. I think I may have to go a little lower than my original goal though. I must not have as much muscle as I did back in university and 155 might be a little too much still. I'll wait till I get there and reevaluate though
