And we start again! Up 4 lbs cause of my slacking, so new approach!
Rule 1: 1400 calorie max until I reach 145lbs
Rule 2: 1.5 litres of water per day MINIMUM
Rule 3: No food after 7pm
Rule 4: 30 min exercise daily (real exercise, not walking around the mall. lol)
I want to be at my goal by labour day weekend! Ambitious but I think I can do it.

Up and down those 2 pounds, then back up again, but it was my birthday and I didn't behave so what do I expect? lol. As long as I only let myself get 2 pounds up and then go back down then maintaining won't be too hard. Just have to make sure I keep checking that weight every day.
Still need to decide if I want to try and get down another ten or if I'm happy where I am. I think if I was to tone, I would be happy at this weight, but will I be faithful to exercise enough to tone? Plus when my body changes again when I stop nursing, will that improve my shape? I am so top-heavy right now. Something for me to think about.

Well, since I got to my goal, I decided I wanted to go a little lower. Then I decided no. I was good with this weight. I'm wearing a size 8 which I haven't worn since grade 8 and it feels good. But now that I'm just trying to maintain, I can't stick to my meal plans at all. Well, that's not exactly true. I'm eating appropriate meals and meal sizes for the most part, but my snacking is off the charts! I need to get back on track so for the next week, or maybe a few, I'm going to log again. I'm up 2 pounds, and I am not okay with that! So I'm going to fix it!!
