I’m devastated I’ve allowed my weight to creep up over the last few months. I’ve just found out I’m pregnant so am scared to diet and I’ve had no control whatsoever over my cravings. It’s like I just stopped caring. Now the fatigue has kicked in, it’s making me feel even more down and everything feels like a battle.

I am following the diet set by the dietician. It’s hard and I’m binging on sugar in the evenings. The plus side is I’ve been to the gym twice this week so I’m praying I can keep the habit

God it's been a year since my last entry and not much has changed weight wise. I seem to be obsessed with sugar and desserts at the moment. So even when I eat well, I ruin it with a high sugar or high fat snack. It's like a disease that takes over me and I lose or self control smh.

I've recently joined the gym and started running...hopefully this will help motivate me to eat better.
