Back on track today!!! I have been snacking way toooo much lately. I won't step on the scale until next week and hopefully I can make up for it by then. Good Luck to everyone this weekend.

I finally stepped on the scale this morning after missing 2 weeks!!! I am down 1 lb.....I did not follow my diet 100% since I have been out of town twice. Starbucks also contributed to that~
I am headed to the gym and hopefully I will see better results next week. Good Luck to everyone : )

When I weighed in this morning, I was so happy to see some progress in my first week! I lost 2 lbs : ) I do need to drink more water and I will work on that this weekend. Good Luck to everyone!

I have been very bad today....I skipped breakfast. I know that is the worst thing to do but its been so hectic this morning! I don't want to fall back on excuses because that is what gave me the extra 20 lbs....LOL
I will eat a healthy lunch to make up for it : )
