Miracle Morning: Day 15
Insanity Max 30: Day 14

Well, here's to another Miracle Morning in the books! Got up again at 6:00 and actually went outside to do my meditation. It was so nice! Listening to the birds and watching the leaves in the trees. The fresh air was also wonderful!

Today was Tabata Strength, the first time i've ever done this particular workout, since it's been Tabata Power twice a week. Oh man!! It was really tough and no real breaks for all 30 minutes!! My arms are feeling it pretty bad right now and i think i sweated more than i have in all of the workouts so far. It's going to take awhile to cool down after this one! :)

Off to the shower as i have a dentist appointment this morning i have to get to across town.

Yay for another morning in the books and for feeling accomplished!

Miracle Morning: Day 14
Insanity Max 30: Day 13

Wow, two weeks! I'm torn, as it feels like a lot longer but yet it feels like i just began. I had a great morning this morning. I woke up at 6:00am and hopped (well, not hopped more like rolled) out of bed. I brushed my teeth, got dressed and headed downstairs to begin my morning.

It felt great to start the week already on schedule. I started a new book yesterday about negotiations. I hope it will help in my personal and professional lives. The Miracle Morning routine is helping me get through so many more books, which is part of my personal growth. I'm very excited about this...

Today was also the start of week three for Insanity Max 30. Wow! I sweated like crazy today and was really impressed with how it went.

I have to be honest with myself, and admit that i went way over board this weekend with eating. It was horrible. I ate a ton and i ate late at night. I'm feeling the weight gain this morning and it sucks. I have, once again, made the commitment to do better today and feel good about my progress. I will do this!

Today i'm grateful for a new week and with new found inspiration to do even better and stick with the plan even more intently.

I WILL live my life with intention. Every decision i make will have my future in mind.

Miracle Morning: Day 12 & 13
Insanity Max 30: Day 11 & 12

So today is a combined post, as i didn't do anything i was supposed to do yesterday but today i'm back on track!!

I woke up around 8 this monrning (Sunday) and got my laundry in and then proceeded to do my miracle morning. I did all of my 6 SAVERS this morning (silence, affirmations, visualizations, exercise, reading and scribing or journaling).

It's ok to take a day off (even though they are supposed to be planned ahead of time, which i didn't do) but i'm not beating myself up too much over it today. I got a lot accomplished around the house yesterday which felt great and was really nice to wake up to this morning.

Also, for Insanity i'm supposed to take a day off each week, which i did yesterday and got back at it today.

I'm realizing that as long as i get back on the horse it's ok to take some time off. It actually good to do.

This week my new goal (and continued goal) is to do better with my diet. I've been going waaaay overboard the last few days with food (i'm definitely realizing i have some food addictions). I want to feel good being healthy and seeing major results.

Here's to another day and to a SHOWER!! If you want to sweat like a crazy person, Insanity Max is the way to do it!! :)

Miracle Morning: Day 11
Insanity Max 30: Day 10

So, i'm disappointed in myself this morning. Didn't wake up early and went to work shortly after waking up. Not a good way to start the day compared to a Miracle Morning which is all about me.

I did get my workout in though, so i'm happy that i stuck with that but i need to be way better about waking up early. I only have one more workout for the week which means that i have been doing it for two weeks straight now. That's the best i've done with Insanity Max 30 so far. I only made it 1.5 weeks before, so i'm really proud of myself for that.

I'm going to get some reading and short affirmations and visualizations in, so that i can at least say that i've done it all today, just shorter versions than i would like to.

Every day is a new chance to do better.

On a side note, i've really been going off track as far as diet, which SUCKS!!! I'm really frustrated that just because i'm working out intensely that i feel like i can eat more. I would be seeing much better results if i would just stick to eating healthy and i'd be so much closer to living a level 10 life. ugh....always so much to work on but at least i'm acknowledging what i can do better.

Grateful for every day!!
