No sugar all week. I have controlled my RDI. I have lost about 3 pounds. I have felt pretty good. Today I donated blood. They offered me a chewy chocolate chip cookie. The said I deserve it. I ate it. ... now I want more sweets. If I am not strong the sweet cycle will begin. I don't feel to well. I am sluggish. I want to eat everything. Guilty! I will get through this!

I was on Weight Watchers for about 10 months. I did well for the first 3 months, but I gradually gained all my weight back. I believe there was too much variety of food types, namely carbohydrates including sugar.
About 15 years ago I easily lost weight doing the Sugar Busters Diet. I did not find it hard. I had predetermined emotional snacks and other than those stressful times I was satisfied. I remember the first time I ate something I shouldn't have I was very tired and unable to focus. Additionally I slept longer than usual and felt terrible the next day. This was enough to convince me my weight gain was directly related to sugar consumption.
I was able to keep the weight off for approximately 4 years, mostly adhering the the Sugar Buster Diet. My downfall was a very emotional unexpected pregnancy. Although the emotional stress was a big factor, I was ravenously hungry for my previous pregnancies with a new found craving for carbs.
