Ok, that is a good start. I have only started watching closely my calorie intake. I hope I can do 20 more pounds before I hit that plateau and I need to increase my exercise.

I thought I could handle this on my own. You know, summertime, lots of activities. Yeah well, I failed miserably. So, on the bright side, I am back. this worked last time, hopefully I can do it again. wish me luck.

Ok, not too bad as I broke down and went to the DQ. I have been going at this since January, aside from my mood eating (which I don't know how to control yet) I think I have my eating under control. I just got a FitBit so I am hoping this will encourage me to get the exercise I am needing. I believe that is where I am lacking. If I can figure that out, maybe my mood eating will be solved also. Any suggestions?

I have spiraled out of control. Dreading my weigh in on Thursday. I seem to be eating nonstop. I don't know why. Last night I went to the DQ and had a take 5 bizzard. Felt guilty and I don't know how I stayed even close to my 1500 calories.
