its been a rough week, but I feel like my body is getting a little more solid. I had a couple of days that I could see more definition without water retention covering all my efforts.
this morning I feel that way so far. heading to the gym for a workout before work. not much sleep last night, so I have to watch for cravings today.

I have 8 wks left b4 nursing school. this is the end of freedom. its mandatory to make my se
