Okay guys I can't hide or avoid Fat Secret anymore! I was off my diet for the month of June I excersized a little but not my normal amount. I'm so happy that I didn't gain. I did eat non diet food, but I was really good w/ choices and portions. Totally aware of what I was eating. I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm back! I hope everyone is still focused on this journey.

I recorded my earlier entry this morning, before I actually began to realize what a special day for me today is. The reason today is so special to me, is because it marks the day that I have lost 50 POUNDS TOTAL! I was estatic and overwhelmed with joy when I realized this. I began my journey at 223 pounds, and now I'm down to 173. Gosh was I happy.
For the longest time when ever ppl I knew lost weight I would be so happy for them, but always think that it could never happen for me, but it can, and it did! For those that are struggling and plugging along on this journey, don't give up! I know it sounds cliche (and I hate cliche's!) But this one is so true!
I've set a goal for myself, one that I was totally skeptical about at first, but then once the scale started changing, and my body started getting smaller, and my self confidence improved, I realized that their is no way I'm going back.
This weight loss experience has been such a blessing! I'm healthy and I love it! Yes I have my days, and my cravings (which I do give into) but I never let that get me off track too much.
Yay! I'm just totally happy, and wanted to share this w/ all of you.

Gosh I've been gone for so, so long!!! I miss you guys. Although I've been MIA I haven't stopped dieting and exercising... except for that week of Mother's Day I was kind of wildin out and went out to eat like 4 times that week. But even then I stayed in the gym!
I'm actually excited for summer this year! Its my hope to reach my goal by the 4th of July. Not only is that my fave holiday, but its also my cousins wedding.
A few days ago I was thinking of something really good to write about in my journal... but it totally slipped my mind. Just know that I'm still working hard and not giving up, and I wish the same thing for all of you!!!!!
Yay! Have fun watching the scale go down ;-)
