Back on track, but each and every day is a battle. My lifelong habit is to find happiness in food, and it is a struggle to develop new practices. But I will, one day at a time.

Really?
UP 5 pounds, wtf... I had to take a harsh truthful look at my behavior for the last month or so. I have not been logging my food faithfully, and "eyeballing" portions instead of weighing/measuring. I need to stop kidding myself - I am my worst enemy, and I am the only thing that can prevent me from reaching my goal weight. It is all within my control. Time to refocus and get this done!

ONEderland!! The last time I weighed in the 100's was over 30 years ago. To say I'm happy is an understatement.
But it is getting harder now and I've been struggling with self sabotage. I've come to realize that the only thing that can defeat me is ME.
The wight loss rate is slowing down. I expected this, and will be ok with it. I'll just keep on going one pound at a time...
