I'm a 30-year-old college student from northern Europe. I'm in a happy relationship with no kids. I love writing, reading and learning, working volunteer, social networking, having long walks with music, bad cooking (haha) and doing small art and craft projects.

I've been struggling with my weight since my teen years, first with anorexia, then with binge eating and recently just eating healthy and maintaining my goal weight. The last time I lost 24 kgs (53 lbs) was two years ago, but I've gained all back since. Now my plan is to lose 20 kgs slowly and get all help I need to learn how to eat to maintain my goal weight.

Unable to add a weight loss ticker
Thank you for your help, Fatoldlady! It didn't work yesterday, but now the checkbox was there and I was able to add the ticker.

Unable to add a weight loss ticker
Hi all!

I'm new here and detected a problem. I was trying to add a ticker to my signature, but it says I have to go to my account settings and make my activity visible to everybody. I already have that setting on. Is there anything I can do?

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Just like DLynne I recently made a decicion of not visiting scale more often than once a month. I used to get very obsessed about my weight and weigh myself even twice a day. I might get back to my old habits eventually if this way of losing doesn't work for me, but it feels good so far.
