I miraculously managed to avoid temptation today and it was EVERYWHERE. I'm feeling really proud of myself, but unfortunately I have to go to Olive Garden for dinner tonight. It's my 12 year old cousin's birthday. That is just not the place where I would choose to blow calories, but not much I can do about it. Plus, I'm meeting at my uncle's house first for drinks and appetizers. I would feel really rude and awkward if I refused. At least I was good during the day so it kind of balances...

OMG! So normally I weigh myself everyday but only record on FS about once a week, but I was so excited to see a number in the 120's, even if it's just barely. I've got a holiday party tonight, though, so it'll probably be back up tomorrow, but still I think it's cool.

Lack of results has led to lack of motivation. I guess that's pretty common. Also, work has me kind of depressed which just makes me want to sit on the couch and eat junk. Plus, It's really hard to stick to a "diet" with the holiday's around; I'm going out to dinner tonight, free pizza lunch tomorrow (luckily that doesn't really tempt me), free greasy breakfast Friday, free greasy lunch Monday, party for coworker's birthday Tuesday, etc. I haven't worked out in 5 days, yuck! Need to get back on track :(

Going to a Christmas party at my aunt and uncle's house tomorrow. They are gourmet chefs and their parties are always centered around food (cheese, desserts, wine, etc.) This is going to take a lot of self control. I am going to try and eat some healthy stuff in the morning before I go, but the party is a 2 hour drive away and we will be staying there for a while so I know I'm gonna get hungry.
