Grrrr! I'm pretty annoyed and confused by this since I thought I'd been doing so well. I'm on my period and ate a high sodium dinner last night (sushi, soy sauce, edamame w/ salt) so hopefully this weigh-in is not truly indicative of a gain.

I'm glad to see that my Chirstmas bingeing didn't do any permenant damage. Eeek! Today is gonna be another bad day of eating drinking, but then at least the holidays will be over and I can focus a little better.

I've been pigging out on junk food for the last 2 days. Hahaha, oh well, it was Christmas. Now it's back to normal eating so I don't totally undo my progress.
