OK so I GAINED 3 pounds! Surprised its not more...I was so bad this week! I could blame it on the holiday but I chose not to work the plan this week and the scaled tells the truth...the awful truth! I vow to do my best this week! I will drink the water and write down my points and exercise.

I am 6'! I hate when people say oh you're just tall your not overweight! That irks me! I was always the slim one...then I had my beautiful daughter and I did lose all the weight but then came my desk job and that's when the movement pretty much stopped and the weight crept on....the chair spread as they call it here! Well I am gonna lose mine!

My good friend told me this and it has really helped!
OK I am doing weight watchers and working out! I can use all the encouragement you can throw at me!
