im 52 work as a cook in a nursing home. i love camping .hunting .fishing.riding 4 wheelers .i have 2 doughters and 4 grandchildren that i love with all my hart.i have a grate husband.we enjoy the same things.we have bouth been blessed with good health.and i thank god for all he has given us.and we have a little dog named sissy that is spolled rotten we love her.

im stell hanging in there .lost two more pounds .was afrade to weigh.but glade i did .Very Happy .hope every one else is doing good on there diets.
