Weight loss for the older woman
Just wanted to say I'm over 70, been yoyo dieting most of my life. I love the taste of food, so I decided I'm going to eat what I like,but in moderation,and keeping record of what I put into my mouth. So far it's been working for me.I believe everyone has to find there way of dealing with this addiction, (I really believe it's a addiction ) everyone who's been on a diet comprehends and knows what I mean.
