Actually on the way down. Fell into some bad habits when friends visited in October. Then Holidays came and ballooned up to 242. Coming back strong.

So after a couple of weeks of remaining stuck at 230, I decided to low carb (under 30g net) for two weeks. After 1 week, I have lost 4 lbs. Definitely needed this to get over the plateau. One more week of this and I will start to introduce some additional, healthy carbs, but probably keep it around 60-75 net grams for awhile. LCHF diets can be costly and time consuming but definitely effective.
