I'm married with one child, a daughter, who is 16 mths old. As of now, I'm a stay at home mom. I love reading, dancing, music, animals of all kinds, spending time with my daughter, and walking outdoors. I prefer the outdoors to a gym anyday. I believe in God and have faith in him wholeheartedly. I'm hoping to lose the baby weight on my diet. I'm hoping I can lose the weight before I cave and inhale the entire contents of my fridge.(hahaha) I'm usually easy going and carefree. I like to laugh and have a good time with friends and family. If there's anything that I have forgotten, forgive me.

If you eat smaller meals about 3 hours apart, it will help with the hunger. The first few days for me was really hard because I was hungry all day. I was used to much bigger portions of more filling food. If you eat more meals, with a couple of healthy snacks during the day, in a few days you will adjust (At least I did). Your body realizes that you are going to feed it so you feel fuller longer. I don't usually get hungry anymore until about every three hours. I hope this helps you. Good Luck!

Oatmeal!!!
I can not stomach the taste of oatmeal. I've tried many things and it just does not appeal to me. If anyone has any idea how to make it taste better, please, let me know. I'm at a loss.

So far, this site has been nothing but impressive. The support and feedback from other members is amazing. I hope that I can keep on track with my own personal weight loss.
