Today was a good day eating wise exercise not so but its my Sunday,me and hubby are both off on Thursday so we do together stuff

Ok Im game I want to join too, i need motivation with exercise. i do lesley sansone walking dvds and love them but just need to get off my butt and do them! and my diet of choice is south beach
