For those of you who dont know...i am a mother of 2 children. Mind you i am 4'11! A short not so little anymore southern girl with a smile and up for this challenge! Here to change my attitide and physical appearance to better my mind and body. I got pregnant with my first child at 18 and developed type2 diabetes. Went from 90 pounds to 150. after my first child the weight just never came of. Then came the second and went from 150-180. since then i have yo-yo dieted and gone up and down on every "diet" out there almost. Time for a permanent change. Already going good and energy level is great so im keeping this up and hopefully i can help others do the same as well as get advice and support from ppl reading this. Thank You
