I am forty one... a musician at heart (guitar), and am begining my own landscaping business. I've had a rough life, a battle of alcoholism and food addiction for many years...but I am finding that if you survive the floods that life can throw at you, you live and you learn wisdom. There is sustainable peace in the Lord, who is now my strength, my rest...and I am certainly honored to be a Christian.

I believe the best is yet to come...

Ketosis - how do you get in??
Yes, at least that's what my calculus teacher told me who ate literally nothing but canned tuna three times a day, seven days a week (no joke). He seemed very healthy, but how he sustained that diet is still a mystery to me. I've tried to do it... but have experienced extreme fatigue trying to break into Ketosis, enough of a wall to prevent me from succeeding. I've been able to sustain some of the benefits of what he accomplished though, by cutting carbohydrates after midday as a general rule, then only breaking that rule if the day presents itself as laborous. If your going to cut out all carbs...I would be very careful with this...I don't think it's very good for certain people. Moderation in anything is key, and your body will tell you if you are hurting it...so just be careful.
