How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every morning before i jump in the shower. it is amazing how a simple choice like that midnight little snack can affect your result!

not sure how strict your diet is but i always make lemon butter for mine. it is just 50/50 of fresh lemon juice and butter (for one artachoke i would do 1/2 a cup each) after u steam it pull the leaves off and dip it in, the way you eat it is strip the "meat" off the inside of the leaves with your bottom teeth. when i steam it i just wait til i can easly pull a bottom leaf off with your fingers.
They have alterenitives for butter that will be a little healthier of coarse...enjoy!

how do you get rid of sodium from your body?
im on a liquid only diet and i forgot money one day for work and so i couldnt drink anything well with the diet only allowing me 200 calories a day i ended up not feeling well so i went to the on site clinic and they said i was severly dehydrated and they put me on a IV they gave me 2 liters (2 bags) worth
i asked the PA before they gave it to me and he said it will not cause you to gain weight, well it did a whole 8 lbs! i HAVE to lose 10 lbs in a week in order for the surgeon to do the surgery for me and i now only have 2 days left! i need to know how to pull all that sodium out of my body asap
any thoughts?
* the surgery is to remove my gallbladder- my unhealthy lifestyle caught up with me

exactly! And my choice would def. be the chicken broth over chicken noodle soup any day. I warm it up pour it in a coffee cup and it is so warm and takes the hunger way. just makes you feel warm and cozy
When people ask what im drinking i just say hot tea. - i get allot of voices when it comes to me and my diet LOL

I noticed that when im craving something that is unhealthy i reach for a health magazine (coule of bucks for new ones they dont work once ive read them 5-6 times!)i tend to get my mind back on track if i read about a healthy meal and it looks good then im like hey that looks good and no bad stuff CA CHING!
And theres usually some really good tips on how to lose weight as well!
