Anyone in their 20s!
Dieting and staying healthy in your 20s is not easy! I started a new group for anyone in their 20s facing the challenges that typically face this age-group. Come participate in a group where you can exchange words of advice, encouragement, workouts, recipes, stories, and more with other 20-something adults!
All are welcome to participate and promote a positive, healthy lifestyle!! The group is called The Roaring 20s and I look forward to sharing with some of you soon!

Spike Days?
I have a question, also, Russell. I had a horrible headache yesterday, and no matter how much water I drank it did not go away. I'm not prone to headaches, so I ate well-within my calorie range. Then, I ended up having a late dinner out and the only "real" meal on the menu was a chicken sandwich. Amazingly, I started to feel so much better. I thought I had eaten enough, and in fact by 4 p.m. had eaten around 75% of my RDI. Do you have suggestions for how to deal with this kind of thing?
