I am 37 years old and have a family history of health issues..have been told I am diabetic and am working on not getting worse. I was told this a few years ago, but do to issues with PCOS and ENDOMETEROSIS I did not take very good care of myself. I made the very hard decision of having a hysterectomy at the age of 35. Now that I am better this is my next goal. I want to be healthy for my two Beautiful daughters. So here I am.:)
