Amazing how great I feel. I'm in great shape for the frisky fortieth birthday this year! The snow's on the ground, the ski resort beckons me to play so I go dawdle around for a few hours. Start off with a sausage and veggie omelet and some coffee, maybe a beer for lunch...the only place I haven't lost a size or four are my "girls". Perhaps they just need some push ups. Kind of annoying that they still sit in a D cup :-P Oh how I would love to be a C- better selection of bras. Any suggestions?

Down to a size 10 B-) I haven't been this lean since high school. I weighed myself fully clothed (snowpants, big hoodie, wool socks, shoes etc.) And deducted 5 for all the clothes. Not too worried about actual numbers. The 10s are now starting to be loose, and others have noticed and commented on the big difference. I feel great. It's nice to see the me I see on the outside too. A low maintenance lifestyle change was all I needed. I hope others can do for themselves as well.

Haven't actually weighed myself, but by the loose belt and the jeans I'm swimming in maintenance is good. :-D With a work fitness test a few weeks ahead, I feel confident and healthier. Of course I'm human and over-indulge with hot fudge sundaes here and there, I've really had no issues kicking back into gear and paying attention. I've simplified the environment around me embracing the positives and letting go if the things I cannot control. It's been a good journey. Going to add yoga for good physical and mental health. Cheers!
