Current Weight

Performance: losing 0.5 lb a week

Goal Weight
155.0 lb
Still to go: 14.4 lb
I'm a 36 year old "new" mom to an 8 month old(what's the time limit on being a new mom anyway?)little boy named Waylon. I was doing Weight Watchers last year and had lost 20 pounds when I got pregnant. After having a baby, I managed to keep 15 of that 20 pounds off. Now, I am trying to pick up where I left off and continue to lose more weight! My goal is to be somewhere in the 150s. Basically, I have about 30 pounds to shed!

HELP!
I liked Ebivr's suggestions to you. I would suggest that right now, you don't count carbs. Take baby steps, sweetie. Start off just counting calories. You don't want to overload yourself and get frustrated too quickly. TRACK TRACK TRACK what you eat! That will help tremendously. And I don't know what you drink mostly. But so many people don't realize how many calories they drink. Cut out any drinks with sugar in it. Diet sodas, LOTS of water and unsweet tea are your friends. Make sure to get some veggies in every day like Ebivr said. I will be happy to help you any way I can, you can send me messages if you need help and I will cheer you on!!! You CAN do this. Don't let anybody ever tell you, you can't.
